This website is operated by MirrorLab. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MirrorLab. MirrorLab offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

All products sold by MirrorLab are 100% custom-made. Each mirror is produced specifically for the customer after an order has been placed.

Because of this:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
- Returns are not accepted
- Products are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Production and delivery time is approximately 6–10 weeks. This timeframe may vary depending on demand, customization and logistics.

MirrorLab is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as shipping carriers.

REFUNDS & DAMAGES

Refunds are only applicable if:
- The product is damaged during transport, or
- The product arrives defective before reaching the customer

If damage occurs after delivery (for example during installation or usage), MirrorLab is not responsible.

Customers must report any damage within 48 hours after delivery, including photo or video evidence.

LIABILITY

MirrorLab is not liable for any damage, injury or loss resulting from improper installation, use or handling of the product.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
